We will:
  • Contact you within three working days of your referral.
  • Keep you involved and informed at all stages of the assessment process.
We will ensure that:
  • Your privacy is maintained.
  • We adhere to the Code of Health and Disability Rights.
  • You have access to information and understand your rights in regards to the needs assessment and service co-ordination.
  • You understand your right to an appeal or to make a complaint.
  • An interpreter is available if required (including New Zealand Sign Language).
  • You are given information on Advocacy services available in your area.
